Out-of-Towner: Joe T. Garcia’s

July 26, 2017

Joe T. Garcia’s is only a drive to Fort Worth away.

A somewhat famous Mexican staple in Fort Worth, Joe T. Garcia’s has been around since the 30’s. It has since grown with one of the largest patios you’ll find in the metroplex. Beautifully landscaped and expansive the patio is popular and fills up on the weekend.

At Joe T. Garcia’s you will get Texas sized portions even from the lunch menu. The child’s lunch fajitas is a normal serving anywhere else. The margaritas are cheap and come in a pitcher. All of the food is fresh, down to the chips and salsa. The service and the food make you feel welcomed and at home.

The most important thing to note is Joe T. is cash only. The food is cheap so be prepared to pay at the cashier. No other forms of payment are accepted. Trust me the food is worth a stop to an ATM.
